Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Notwithstanding that the Supplier excludes the possibility of unilateral retraction of the contract concluded by electronic means, the consumer may request returns or exchanges, within the territory of Chile, which "may" be accepted by the Supplier, in order to obtain full satisfaction. the client's. The parties record and accept that this is a right that remains at the sole discretion of the supplier. In any case, this request can only be made by the Client within a period of 7 business days from receipt of the product.

The REQUIREMENTS for any PRODUCT CHANGE:

Request it within the calendar days indicated in Point 2 which run after the purchase and receipt of the product, in case of a product defect that disables it for its natural use, for example due to a factory failure that prevents the client from working. You can request a change, on the understanding that these are days that you had the product to test it and there you identified that it is faulty and/or that it has a defect.

Submit your ticket or any document that proves the purchase within these requested periods, counted from the delivery of the product or withdrawal of the same, depending on the dispatch method:

30 calendar days, for the product lines of the categories Fashion, accessories, and/or any product that is not electronic and
-
10 calendar days, for the product lines of the categories of Smart and/or Technological accessories that are cataloged as Electronic.

The product must be unused, with labels, in perfect condition and must have the original packaging (bags, cable ties, original undamaged box). You must deliver all its accessories, manuals and warranty policies, if they have been included in the dispatch of the same.

Once the conditions established above have been met, in the case of changing products, it can only be made for the same product or one of equal or greater value, in which case, prior to the change, the difference in price must be paid, if applicable, if it is for one of the lower price or size will not be refunded the difference.

In the events described above, the shipping and removal costs of the products to be exchanged will be borne by the Client. For security reasons, the Client will not be able to make this dispatch or withdrawal by their own means.

Returning products implies returning the product and receiving a refund of the price paid for it.
